Building for the Overlooked
Every product at SLTR Digital starts with the same question: Who is being underserved, and why?
Not "what is trending." Not "where is the market gap." Not "what will investors fund." The question is simpler and harder: who is being overlooked by the systems and technologies that are supposed to serve them?
The Thread That Connects Everything
On the surface, our products seem unrelated. A dating app for gay and bisexual men. A grocery companion for families. A sleep intelligence tool. An income verification platform for gig workers. Four different categories. Four different user bases.
But there is a single thread running through all of them: each one was built for people who were being failed by existing solutions.
Gay and bisexual men deserve a dating platform that treats them with dignity — not one that reduces them to a grid of photos. Families deserve to stop drowning in the invisible work of feeding their household. People who cannot sleep deserve to know why, without buying an expensive wearable. Gig workers who earn a real living deserve to prove it to a lender without being treated as second-class borrowers.
No Dark Patterns. No Exploitation.
We do not build products that exploit attention. We do not use dark patterns to keep people scrolling. We do not sell user data. We do not design for addiction.
Every feature we build is measured against a simple standard: does this genuinely help the person using it? If the answer is not clearly yes, we do not build it.
This is not a marketing position. It is an engineering constraint. It shapes every design decision, every product roadmap, and every line of code.
Built by Someone Who Knows
SLTR Digital was founded by Kevin Minn, a builder and storyteller who came to technology not through a computer science degree or a Silicon Valley incubator, but through necessity. Through wanting to create things that served the people the world tends to overlook.
The best products come from people who have lived the problems they are solving. That conviction drives everything we do.
What Comes Next
We are just getting started. The world has no shortage of people being underserved by technology. Every day, we ask the same question: who is next? What system is failing, and who is being left behind?
When we find the answer, we build.
